The Secret Garden Yoga Club is a seasonal outdoor yoga class that operates around the weather. As such, there are no set times and classes are communicated on an ad-hoc basis between April and October in a dedicated WhatsApp group.
Classes are always all-level and beginners are welcome. Kate offers a mix of Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Classes.
All classes include a grounding breathwork practice and Savasana (5-10 minutes of complete rest at the end.)
Classes are pay-as-you go so there is no commitment.

Kate also offers one-to-one bespoke lessons on application either in The Secret Garden, via Zoom or at a mutually agreeable location.
